At Sin Miedo Consulting, we stand behind the quality of everything we offer. This policy outlines clearly what is and is not eligible for a refund so there are no surprises on either side.

Digital Products
All digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Because digital files are instantly accessible upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds on these items.
Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. To initiate a return, email [email protected].
Workshops and Live Events
Paid workshops may be refunded if a cancellation request is received before the event begins. Once an event has started, we are unable to offer refunds.
Group Coaching Programs
You may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have not yet attended the first session. Once the program has begun, refunds are not available.
Private 1:1 Coaching
We will refund the value of any unused and unscheduled sessions at the per-session rate. Sessions that have been completed or are scheduled within 48 hours are not eligible for refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your full name, the email used at purchase, the product or service, your order number, and a brief explanation. We will respond within 2 business days.
