What This Book Is

Not a playbook.
A foundation.

Most books in this space teach you what to say, how to act, and what to do to get what you want. This book starts somewhere completely different. It starts with the assumption that you already have everything you need — and that the reason it isn't working isn't a lack of technique. It's a lack of inner structure.

The Science of Love and Attraction is built around three recurring forms of power — Internal, External, and Higher. Not as abstract concepts, but as a working framework you can actually apply. The kind that doesn't require you to perform, pretend, or become someone you're not.

It's written for the person who picked it up in pain. It's structured for the person who needs something to live by long after the pain is gone.

I
Internal Power

Who you are when no one's watching. Identity, self-worth, emotional regulation, and the inner infrastructure that makes everything else possible. This is where the work begins.

II
External Power

How you move through the world. Presence, frame, communication, and the way you lead in relationships without losing yourself in the process.

III
Higher Power

What you're building toward. Mission, purpose, legacy, and the kind of direction that gives everything else meaning. A life without this is a life without a north star.

What's Inside

The framework, applied.

01
The neuroscience of attraction

How your nervous system reads safety, danger, and desire — and why most people are triggering the wrong responses without realizing it.

02
Attachment patterns and why they run everything

Why your relationships follow the same patterns regardless of how hard you try to change them — and what it actually takes to break the cycle.

03
Identity as the foundation of attraction

Why the most attractive thing you can build is a stable, grounded sense of who you are — and why tactics will never replicate it.

04
Emotional regulation under pressure

How to stay grounded when the people closest to you aren't. The emotional infrastructure of someone who leads from calm strength instead of reaction.

05
Frame, presence, and polarity

What it means to hold your frame in a relationship — not as dominance, but as the kind of steady leadership that makes people feel safe around you.

06
Practical tools throughout

Every concept comes with something you can apply. Built for the person who learns by doing, not just by reading.

About the Author

I didn't write this
from a classroom.
I wrote it from
the wreckage.

I built this framework from the inside out. After my marriage ended, my friendships dissolved, and I found myself completely alone, I didn't find a program that fixed me. I built myself back from scratch — and then spent years studying the psychology, neuroscience, and attachment science that explained what I'd lived through.

This book is the distilled version of that work. Not theory. Not borrowed wisdom. The actual framework I used to rebuild my inner life, my relationships, and my direction — written for anyone willing to do the same.
