FAQ

Questions people ask
before they begin.

Most coaching gives you information and leaves you to figure out the rest. What's usually missing is the deeper work — the identity structures, attachment patterns, and nervous system responses that are actually running your behavior. If those don't change, no amount of tactics or frameworks will stick. This work starts at the root, not the surface. If you've been burned before, say so on your application. It's useful information. See About Devon for more on the methodology.
Most people notice a shift in how they think and respond within the first few weeks. Real, structural change — the kind that holds under pressure — typically takes three to six months of consistent work. The speed depends almost entirely on how honest you're willing to be and how seriously you take the work between sessions. If you're looking for a quick fix, this isn't the right fit.
Start with the free tools. The Self Worth Assessment, Attachment Style Assessment, and Identity Mapping exercise will give you a much clearer picture of where you actually are. If you want a direct conversation, book a free 30-minute call. Devon will tell you honestly whether any of the programs are the right fit — and if they're not, he'll say that too. You can also browse all services to see the full range.
This isn't therapy. Devon is a coach, not a licensed mental health professional. The work draws on psychology and neuroscience but it isn't clinical treatment. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit — some of the people who get the most out of this are functioning well externally but feel like something important is missing. You just need to be honest about where you are and willing to do the work.
The Mastermind is a small cohort of up to ten people doing structured weekly work together. The group dynamic is part of what makes it powerful. Private 1:1 coaching is built entirely around your specific situation — everything is customized to you, sessions are one on one, and you have direct access between sessions. If you want full personalization and someone completely in your corner, that's 1:1. If you want structure and accountability alongside others, that's the mastermind.
Yes — relationship pain is one of the most common reasons people come here. The work doesn't focus on getting someone back. It focuses on understanding why your relationships follow the patterns they do — your attachment style, how you communicate, how you show up under pressure — and building the inner foundation that makes real connection possible. Start with the Attachment Style Assessment as a first honest look at what's actually going on.
Self is the foundation — identity, self-worth, emotional intelligence, and the inner infrastructure that everything else is built on. Synchronize is your relational world — attachment, attraction, communication, and how you show up with the people who matter most. Success is direction — purpose, mission, wealth, and legacy. They're not three separate topics. They feed each other. The work integrates all three. See the About page for a full breakdown.
The full policy is on the Returns and Refund Policy page. Short version: group coaching can be refunded within seven days of enrollment before the first session. Private 1:1 refunds unused and unscheduled sessions only. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Physical products can be returned within 14 days if unopened.
Yes. The free tools are real — not previews or cheap guides. The Self Worth Assessment, Attachment Style Assessment, Identity Mapping exercise, and The Grounded Man newsletter are all designed to create genuine movement. The free monthly workshop is a full working session. The 90-Day Roadmap Journal is the most affordable structured entry point. Start there and do the work.
No. Relationship pain is a common entry point but it's not the only one. People come here because they feel directionless, because they've built a successful life that feels empty, because they keep repeating patterns they can't explain, or because they simply know something needs to change. The work is for anyone who's honest about where they are and ready to build something different.
